Hey guys.
Just wanted to pop in and say hello! If you read yesterday’s post, I hope it made you chuckle. While I won’t deny, I’m throwing myself a small pity party, I’m in relatively high spirits, all things considered.
I’m staying as active as possible. Pilates and arm weights are my main focus right now. I’ve been able to put a bit of weight on my ankle this week, so I’m hoping next week to start introducing some yoga and (hopefully) walking on the treadmill.
I’ll be back on Monday with a more detailed update on what I’ve been doing. I just didn’t want anyone thinking I’ve let myself fall into a pit of despair filled with wine. 😉

Hurry up ankle!!
I’m running home from work tonight, and always get super lost on Wimbledon Common. Seriously, last time was like the Blair Witch Project. So I will almost definitely run some extra miles for you 🙂
